Project Story
We received the inquiry from this client on April 6, 2019. But at that time, they told us they were looking for overhead crane.
After checking the design drawing of their workshop, we found that it cost too much to add steel structures to support overhead crane. And on the other hand, it was not easy to meet customer’s requirement on lifting height by overhead crane. Finally we recommended gantry crane design with European type electric hoist.
Our client was moved by our design since we were considering saving cost from the perspective of customers but not focused on profit. They did not ask any discount for Proforma Invoice and paid the deposit on April 21, 2019. When the 5 tons single girder gantry crane arrived at client’s factory, they are very satisfied because we treated each package well.
They spoke highly of our professional service online though time between China and USA is quite different. On December 26, 2019, we got an email from our USA client. They wrote our gantry crane
are working perfectly and they are in the planning stages of their next building.
